This is the WORST plan ever. They charged both my Social Security AND my AMEX card for two months of premiums. That was Feb and March. It is now the ned of July and they STILL cannot sort it out. I have called Customer Service at least twice each month AND finnaly wrote a formal letter to their grievance site. They responded APPALLED at all the delays and misinformation and then, were able to do absolutely NOTHING.Everyone is very nice BUT NOTHING GETS DONE. Accounting insists the check was lost in the mail. How many time? If by any chance you still choose this plan, DO NIOT GIVE THEM ACCESS TO YOUR SSA OR YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. They are either totally incompetent or fraudulent.
