BCBS does not care about their customers. They are totally insensitive to the needs and concerns of their customers. The telephone workers are polite because they want you to sign up with them. I think they get bonuses for the most enrolled with them. The people who make the decisions about how much they will charge for each drug cannot not give you a rational explanation for their decisions. I can't believe that an insurance company can change the Tier of each drug just because they want to. I thought the FDA does this. When this Plan D started each drug was the same tier for all companies. If you look at the plans now each company changes the tiers whenever they want to without explanation. They are taking Tier 1 drugs and changing them to Tier 2, 3, 4, and their different with each company. One company rep. tried to tell me that they decided that a specific drug was not as safe as they thought it was. That should be a decision between the customer and their doctors. They changed them from year to year. Is this because the their cost for the drugs changes? This is a Medicare Program and they are not part of changing the tiers and/or the cost of the RX. Many of you are like me. We are on Medicare and we spend a large of our monthly income on drugs. We sometimes don't take the Rx as often as we should because we can't afford to. I take 15 medicines a day. Sometimes it a choice between what we eat or take all of the drugs. This is not right.
Is anyone speaking for us in the government? Who is protecting out rights regarding the drug companies? SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE TO PROTECT OUR RIGHTS
AGAINST THE DRUG COMPANIES.
