Customer service does not exist with OptumRX (mailorder service totally owned by United Health the AARP Medicare RX Provider), drug choices are limited and formulary list is small, will contact (read as harass) doctor if they do not agree with the prescription especially if they want to substitute a cheap, (unidentified company or country of origin) generic for a brand name or if they want to send more than the doctor has written the RX for. The cost of prescriptions does not match information received prior to signing up. Very difficult to place orders over the phone (long hold times, non-standard English speakers) or on-line (system down, system problems). Will not quote price of order at time you place. They do everything to make it more and more difficult to use their services. Have switched all my mail order RX's to my local preferred in network pharmacy and am much happier with service, the professionalism and can still do 90 day fills!! WILL BE CHANGING PART D PROVIDER AT NEXT SIGNING PERIOD!!
